CANCELLATION/LATENESS POLICIES

To secure and confirm your new appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is mandatory. This deposit will be subtracted from your final balance. The remaining balance must be settled promptly upon completion of the service.

• Please be aware that all appointments and booking fee deposits are non-refundable.
• In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the initial booking deposit will be forfeited. To proceed with rescheduling, an additional $100 deposit will be required. Please note that only one reschedule is permitted.
• For new clients who fail to provide a 48-hour notice before missing their appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service will be charged.
• Clients who cancel on the day of the appointment or fail to show up will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
• It is important to note that if you book a new client appointment and decide not to proceed with it, the full amount of the service will still be charged. If you have any reservations, we recommend considering a 30-minute consultation instead, allowing our artists to plan their time accordingly.
• Please be advised that pricing is subject to change without prior notice at any given time.

• Clients who fail to provide at least one full business day's notice before missing their appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
• For clients who cancel on the day of the appointment or do not show up, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged.
• Please note that all cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made within our business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Sunday). Any attempts to contact or reschedule appointments outside of these hours will be considered a same-day cancellation and will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.
• Kindly be informed that pricing is subject to change at any given time without prior notice.

 We kindly request that you respect the valuable of our time. Although sufficient time is allocated for your appointment, we prefer not to rush the pursuit of perfection or disrupt the appointments of other guests. If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, there is a risk of forfeiting the appointment and being responsible for the full service fee.
